1. Infestor - Abilities aren't useful and just overall don't like the design of it.
2. Mothership - Love the abilities but hate the look of it.
3. Hellion - Vultures are more unique.
4. Stalker - Rather have them look similar to Dragoons but still have the Blink ability.
5. Thor - Rather dumb looking unit. Like a siege tank that shoots air.

1. Immortals: I hate them
2. Sentry: I hate them even more
3. Colossus: OMG I hate it!
4. Warp Gate: More like Warp Hate
5. Mothership: Lol a giant floating dinner plate with a hole in it. Even better then the giant floating mechanical bananas known as Carriers in SC1.
Terran is fine. Buff Zerg.

1. Hellions (terrible unit)
2. Roaches (when did blizzard bring in the hard counter and soft counter stuff? relic... are you hiding back there?
3. Collosus (too much life... would rather 10-30% of the life be put into it's sheilds)
4. Banelings (noobifies zerg 4 easy wins)
5. Ghosts (love EMP, miss lockdown)
1) Hellion (-_-)
2) Banshee (Worse than the wraith from many angles, and not really better in any - though the latest patch is moving them in the right direction)
That's all that really comes to mind. Dear god do something about the Hellions please. The usefulness of a vulture has increased dramatically in this game, and at the same time it has been removed from the game making things rather ______ crap.

Hellion seriously needs to change. It's a bad joke of a unit.

I'm just unimpressed with Protoss units in general, I never enjoyed them in SC:BW and still haven't found a protoss build I enjoy in SC2.
They've always just struck me as the least interactive race, it's obviously been improved a bit in SC2 but I still feel like I'm just playing 1a2a3a no matter what I end up doing.

1. Hellion (Don't like how it looks)
2. Hellion (Don't like its function, or lack thereof)
3. Infestor (Disappointing because I expected something cool)
4. Banshee (Boring, but I'm sure it has it's uses)
5. Corruptor (Incredibly boring but in some cases useful)

Colossus is by far my favorite unit, it's a shame that it takes an eternity to start producing them. Most games are done by then.
To post more on-topic:
Hellion, just seems so out of place and isn't particularly useful.
Reapers/Roaches, because they've created annoying strategies that people focus on too much.

1) Hellion. It's like they combined the Firebat with the Vulture but left out the awesome.
2) Roach. Moving while burrowed needs to be added to the Hive tier.
3) Immortal. Really only effective against Siege Tanks.
4) Banshee. Feels like this unit should have some AA attack.

1. Infestor, just never seem to get any use out of him like the old defliers. Zerg are really lacking a caster unit.
Don't really dislike anything else. But there are a bunch of units I rarely ever see played like colossi, ultras, broodlords and then like. T3 units are all pretty rare in the game so far, in at least 1v1.

1) Infestor
2) Roaches -> more specifically the abuse there of
3) Corrupter -> muta's still seem better to counter air with few exceptions
4) Warp Ray
5) Hellion -> dune buggy with flamethrower just seems weird.
Only the first 4 have to do with actual gameplay.

1) Helion (seriously full of fail)
2) Phoenix (I'd rather have void rays)
3) Infestor (At least every race gets one sucky unit)
4) Changeling (Always gets itself killed)
5) High Templar (Psy storm isn't really too good anymore)

This is why I love people who give me map control. Start pumping out Ultra's and then it is inevitable that I win or they eat my expansions and my war machine collapses in on itself. And I see collusus a lot when I'm playing the zerg. The protoss love them machines o' d00m.

2) Thor
Maybe I'm just a bad but I have no idea where these units are supposed to fit in. I'd rather build siege tanks.

Game looks much cooler, but if I do some soul searching I can think of a few least favorites. Not easy since there aren't that many new units anyway.
1. Roaches: They're like short range SC1 Hydras that can't hit air and look bulky. Why'd they use the same attack as Hydras used to? They needed to look cooler when zoomed out. Lack of awesome-looking new units is why I have no desire to play Zerg (compare to Colossus and Mothership). Since it is a super armored linebacker type unit they should have based it's look on shiny scarabs and not had a ranged attack (or shorter range at least, like a long Alien-esque inner mouth that comes out and strikes).
2. Marauder: Again, mostly aesthetic gripes. They just look like bulkier marines when viewed from max zoom. And why do grenades do more damage to armored? Grenades would do AoE with more damage to light. At least shaped charge warhead rockets would help penetrate armor.
3. Phoenix: slow with wimpy looking weapons. They should have been more "alien" like (fast and maneuverable in ways real aircraft can't be) with very fast energy burst weapons (like Tie-Fighters) or with a fast beam weapon (like Colossus or Sentry). This is also a unit that pains me every time I think of making one... it feels like throwing resources away.
That's all I've got. There are still balance issues of course, but I'll wait and see how things turn out.

1-phoenix (expensive and dies so fast without killing stuff)
2-infestor ( GIVE ME MY DEFILER BACK QQ QQ QQ QQ )
3-reaper ( marine marauder is just better)

1. Thor (It is WAAAY to big and bulky, too slow, easily focus fired, and takes too long/too many resources to build. But I am biased because the Goliath was one of my favourite units and as such it really feels like Terran are lacking a good GtA unit).
2. Hellion (It's a tier 2 unit that is for the most part only good against tier 1 units, yet it even has trouble with them so you might as well use a different unit. The Vulture used to be great at handling tier 1 units, and spider mines helped against tier 2 while also adding to the Terran's ability to contain. The Hellion does neither of these).
3. Mothership (I really hate big bulky units, they just don't feel very Starcrafty. They usually costs so many resources and when you are only allowed one, this limitation really takes away the feel of the old SC gameplay. You should be allowed to mass any unit, but doing so should leave you easily countered. I wouldn't mind it if they shrunk it down to about the old Arbiter's size and let you have more than one. Because that is basically what it is while the added cloak to buildings would change it's old gameplay).
4. Infestor (I don't play Zerg, but it just seems to have a very limited MC, a really small Ensnare that does some damage, and a weaker but mobile auto-turret that lasts for barely any time).
5. Roaches/Marauders/Stalkers (It is not that I specifically dislike these units, I dislike the whole hard countering of bonus damage between light and heavy armour, at least for the early game. Firebats were good against Zerglings/Zealots due to their splash and increased life over Marines, but were easily handled against lots of ranged. Vultures were so fast they could handle Zealots and even Zerglings, but without spider mines they would be killed by ranged units such as Dragoons. While Tanks could kill Dragoons but they had a hard time against Zealots/Zerglings because of their relatively slow attack speed and the minimum range in siege mode. While those are all counters, the difference between these SC1 counters, and the bonus damage SC2 counters, is that each one of the SC1 counters could be overridden if the other player completely out micro'd you. While that can still happen, the hard +DMG counter seems to encourage the spamming of one or two units that do bonus damage to your opponent's one or two units).

1. Hellion - Feels like a watered down vulture
2. Thor - It's a land battlecruiser for the most part and I don't really like big bulky units.
3. Roach- A powerful unit but I don't particularly enjoy using them. They seem too sluggish
4. Phoenix- Just feels like it's missing something
I don't have a 5th for now

1) Infestor - not the most useful and I hate now the parasite takes time to travel to the target rather than an instant effect
2) High Templar - Storms no longer seem to do damage. I'd rather take useful units over them.
3) Hellions - I don't play terrans, but I almost never see a hellion so they probably suck.
4) Immortal - the hardened shield does not seem to be all that useful since very few units activate it.
5) Void Rays - they may be balanced, but I still hate how easy it is to turtle and 3 rush these.
Hellions, it's all been said, they are worthless.
Thor, terran had the seige tank, no reason to make this big, bulky, stupid looking unit.
Mothership, protoss had arbiters, and all it is is a glorified arbiter, "superunits" have no place in SC, bring back arbiters (plut is looks stupid anyway)

1. Hellion. This unit is just... not starcraft. and it doesn't really fill the niche of the vulture or the firebat. not that it's useless, just.... almost useless.
2. Thor. I like the portrait animation for the thor, i like how good it is, but i just don't like its whole concept, or it's look. not that it totally doesn't belong in starcraft, but it's kinda in the same vein of that terratron april fools thing. just needs to be smaller.
3. mothership. i don't like any unit you can only build one of by virtue. it's either overpowered or not powerful enough. and it's not like warcraft 3 where the game is centered around single heroes.
4. sentinel. or sentry? whatever that protoss thing is. it's kinda good that the protoss get something like that early game, but i've tried to use this unit and it's just kinda bleh.
5. um.. i don't really have a 5th least favorite. I guess i don't like the back story behind reapers, but i like the unit okay.

1. Thor - they take up so much space and they run into too many problems on the ramps or chokepoints.
2. Hellion - It's dumb and its animation looks terrible.
3. Immortal - don't like the design.
4. Infestor - I just don't get it.
Another hellion is terrible post.
I don't see why people don't like the infestors though. They are pretty awesome and people need to learn how to use them.
Oh and the Thor is a pretty bad unit as well.
