I was wondering what kind of computer's you guys have, hardcore gamer or low end computer ? And how does the game feel for you with your actual setting. My computer is as folow:
OS: Window 7 Ultimate 64bits
Processor: Intel i5 @ 3.85Ghz
CPU cooling: Corsair H50
Ram: 8GB Kingston hyperX 1333 CL8
MotherBoard: Asus Maximus Gene 3
Hard Disk: 80GB Intel SSD X-25M gen2 with a raid 0 of 2X Western 1TB black edition
Video: 2X GTS250 1GB in SLI
I am running SC2 on Ultra @ 1680X1050 and the game is really smooth. It's one the newest game that load incredibly fast on my SSD. However, I was wondering if the game fully support SLI yet. I have no problem so far exept if I select ''exit to window'' right after a game insted of quit game, my comp will freeze and I need to restart.

CPU cooling: intel stock lol
Ram: 6GB corsair dominator
MotherBoard: Asus P6T deluxe V2
Hard Disk: 2x 600GB WD (not SSD) =(

I am running everything on ultra at my monitor's highest resolution: 1920x1200. No stutters, everything is smooth. This game is just beautiful. I just need to get an SSD and a fairly decent cooling fan for the CPU and i'm all set.
OS: Window 7 32 bit professional
Processor: AMD Phenom IIe X4 955 3.2ghz quad core

Are you sure you don't mean 2.85 GHz? I don't see how 3.85 with an i5 is possible unless you overclocked it to oblivion (and even then I'm fairly sure it isn't possible)
Mine:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i7 @ 3.20 GHz
CPU Cooling: Xigmatek Dark Knight
RAM: DDR3-1600 Corsair Dominator
Motherboard: Gigabyte UD3R Intel X58
Hard Drive: 1 TB SATA II Raid-0
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX285 1 GB
Resolution: 1920x1080
Runs perfectly, everything on Ultra. Smooth and beautiful.

MotherBoard: Asus M4A79T Deluxe

i5 will overclock to greater than 4 ghz on air fairly easy. I've seen them as high as 4.4ghz on air.

I built mine a few months ago and love it so far.
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
CPU: Intel Core i7 @ 2.67 GHz
RAM: 6 GB DDR3 Triple Channel
Motherboard: Asus P6T
HDD: 1.5 TB 7200rpm SATA II drive
GPU: 896 MB nVidia GeForce GTX 275 (factory overclocked)
I'm playing the game on Ultra and every setting maxed at 1920x1080. Running very smoothly, but haven't checked the fps counter. I updated to the new drivers nVidia released yesterday and my only problem with the game since then is whenever I alt-tab and try to restore the game, it locks up with a black screen for a minute or two, then the game crashes. This didn't happen before the driver update.
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.48 Ghz
RAM: 6GB DDR3 Triple Channel
Motherboard: Asus P6T
HDD: 80GB Intel G2 SSD, 300GB Western Digital Velociraptor @ 10,000rpm, 1TB Western Digital Caviar Green
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 295 1792MB vRAM
I'm running at 1920x1200 with everything maxed and no issues.

That's why I had to jump in and post a Commodore 128 from 1986. I don't think many people read others specs, they just want to post their computer and see if someone nerds out over it. Like you even have to have an amazing computer for SC2 lol.

I am interested, why ? Simply because I know I have an expensive computer and have no problem running any game at all. However, when the game hit the market, I want to be able to play with friend's and since they dont all have top of the line gaming system, Im interested to see how the game run and feel on low end to medium spec computer. Since I dont have any other computer at home, I cant try it on less expensive computer.
Im a technicien so every thing concerning hardware interest me, if you guys arent inerested, why do you even bother your self replying here ? I want your feedback, not some stupid ahole reply insulting other of being nerd because they are interested in hardware.

Your running a SLI on one board, if the game doesnt fully support SLI, you may get into some problem but a GTX295 is 2 GTX275 on one board. So, that being said, running this game on ultra with 1 GTX275 should be more than enought. I had some bad experience with X2 video card, they tend to overheat. With that being said, your problem on Ultra could be a heat issue. That or it could be your SSD, it can stuter sometime depending wich one you have. low end SSD will tend to stuter more than high end one.

I play on my main desky when I'm home, and I use my IBM Work ThinkPad when I am at my girlfriend's house (believe it or not they hooked my ThinkPad up with a graphics card). :D
Desky AKA Deep Blue (Blue LED lights):
Built 3.5 years ago
Win 7 64bit Professional
EVGA 680i nVidia MB
EVGA 8800GTX 768MB (Overclocked from 575mhz to 610mhz)
Intel E6600 Dual Core running at 3.0ghz (normal 2.4ghz)
4MB of DDR2 running at... 888 mhz? something like that
4 hard drives: 2 Segates in Raid 0, 2 bigger segates in raid 1)
24 inch Samsung T24 - 1920x1200
850watt Thermaltake
Thermaltake Armor case (from the old days) Aluminum
Air cooling (Zalman)
Logitech G9 mouse and G11 Keyboard <3
Logitech microphone
Blue LED lights
HP 880C Printer from 1998 (keeps chugin' along)
Dust all over (needs a cleaning)
The desky runs well even at max settings, but I like to turn the shaders down a bit just to keep my frame rate above 50 during big battles.
The Lappy AKA Thinky (Get it? IBM... Lappy... ThinkPad.... Thinky.... yea)
Lenovo T61
IBM Imaged Win XP 32 bit
2.0ghz centrino duo (or something like that)
nVidia 140m with 128mb video memory
2 gigs of DDR2 ram
80gb HD
Windows Vista sticker (ha ha)
1440x900 Screen (The 61p version has a 1920x1200 screen :( I'm jealous)
Thinky runs SC2 really well. I turn the settings way down. By default, SC2 wants to run at a lower resolution on both my desky and my thinky, but I won't have any of that BS. I run at max resolution 100% of the time. I just turn the other settings all the way down for Thinky and nerf the shaders for Deep Blue.

I apologize and appreciate that you actually have a legit motive behind this thread. I've seen 10 of these threads pop up and usually the person starting them has some ridiculous pc that they want to brag about.
I'm a poor college kid, but here's my specs. I'll make a contribution!
OS: Windows XP Home Edition
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 @ 2.13Ghz
RAM: 4 GB Kingston DDR2
Mobo: Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI

I have Windows 7 Professional sitting here in need of install along with a 1 TB Samsung HD to slave. I'm definitely looking to upgrade my CPU sometime before SC2 releases.
I run on ultra settings and it runs flawlessly.

I'm a modest college kid. Just built my first rig.
OS: Win7 Home Premium 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 (not overclocked, haven't had a need to yet, and with stock cooler)
GPU: XFX 5770
Mobo: ASRock p55 Extreme
HDD: Seagate 500gb 7200.12
PSU: OCZ Stealthstream 500W (Got it for free! :D)
RAM: 4gb G.skill 1600 RAM (2x2)
Case: Antec 900.2 (Awesome case, btw)
Monitor: Hanns-G 23.6" 1080p
Runs SC2 quite well. It's basically a mid-tier gaming rig, I suppose, because I can't afford more than that :P
